Easy DIY Disney Nails Design Tutorial

We hear you; the most interesting Disney nails are not the easiest at home. But some designs are slightly similar and still show off your love for your favorite Dinsey attributes. Let us explain a bit better in the tutorial below.

Tools needed:

1. Base coat
2. Assorted nail polish colors
3. Acrylic paints
4. Fine nail art brushes
5. Clear topcoat
6. Nail polish remover
7. Cotton swabs

Step #1

Prepare your nails by trimming and shaping them. Apply a clear base coat for protection.

Step #2

Select a Disney character or theme for inspiration. You can choose whatever you wish, but if you do this at home, go for something a bit simpler, like Micky or Mini Mouse.

Apply Base Color. Paint all your nails with a base color that complements your chosen theme.

Cure Under UV/LED Lamp	Cure the base color under a UV or LED lamp according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Apply Non-Wipe Gel Topcoat	Apply a thin layer of non-wipe gel topcoat over the cured base color. Ensure the topcoat is evenly applied.
Cure Topcoat	Cure the non-wipe gel topcoat under the UV or LED lamp. This topcoat doesn’t require wiping with alcohol after curing.
Apply Chrome Pigment	Using an applicator sponge or a silicone applicator, gently rub the chrome pigment powder onto the cured topcoat. Apply it in a smooth, even motion to achieve the desired chrome effect.
Brush Off Excess	Use a soft brush or eyeshadow applicator to brush off any excess chrome pigment powder from the nail surface.
